PURSUANT TO Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-1368(A), you have TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS from the date of delivery of this notice to remedy the above-described violation(s) and return to compliance, or to vacate and surrender possession of the premises.

If you fail to remedy the violation(s) or vacate the premises within ten (10) calendar days, your landlord will institute legal proceedings (Forcible Entry and Detainer) against you.

Repeat Violation Notice: If the above violation, or a materially similar violation, occurs again within six (6) months, your landlord may terminate your tenancy without providing an additional opportunity to cure, pursuant to ARS § 33-1368(A).
